Lisa Ewers joined Premier NW Insurance in October 2008 as an administrative assistant and has since worked her way up to her current role as Employee Benefits Manager. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping businesses in Oregon and Clark County, Washington navigate the often-complex world of employee benefits. Lisa works closely with employers to design and manage health, dental, and life insurance plans tailored to their teams’ needs. Her top priority is always service, and she takes pride in being a dependable, knowledgeable resource for her clients—especially small businesses that need personalized support.

 

Beyond the office, Lisa is a proud mom of two daughters. Her oldest will be a high school senior this year and travels nationally for competitive cheer, while her youngest is an avid softball player heading into sixth grade. Life is busy, but Lisa thrives on staying active. She’s been a certified Jazzercise instructor for nearly 20 years and loves spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants—especially those with rooftops—and shopping local craft fairs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and a minor in Art from Portland State University, Lisa brings creativity, energy, and heart to everything she does.
