Ben is a long time resident of Oregon City and serves as a member of the  City's Transportation Committee and the 2040 Project Commission.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben is a former member of Multnomah County's Search and Rescue Team. As a licensed pilot deeply engaged in the aviation community, Ben brings valuable knowledge, experience and expertise to Premier Northwest as a trusted leader for our staff.

Andrea is a hands-on operations leader who drives both day-to-day execution and long-term improvements. She leads process optimization, strengthens communication, and guides key initiatives through HR, accounting, and service. Known for her practical, people-first approach, Andrea focuses on tightening checks and balances, simplifying change and ensuring teams have what they need to deliver consistently excellent client service. As a seasoned professional, she is known for connecting with people and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. She brings warmth, approachability, and genuine care to every interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
