Ben is a long time resident of Oregon City and serves as a member of the  City's Transportation Committee and the 2040 Project Commission.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben is a former member of Multnomah County's Search and Rescue Team. As a licensed pilot deeply engaged in the aviation community, Ben brings valuable knowledge, experience and expertise to Premier Northwest as a trusted leader for our staff.

From the small town of Grace, Idaho, Andrea brings a unique blend of small-town work ethic and financial expertise to her role as General Manager. Her journey started with bookkeeping and quality control on her family's potato farm, sparking a passion for meticulousness and instilling values of dedication and precision. Specializing in finances and budgets, Andrea is a seasoned professional known for connecting with individuals and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Rooted in her close-knit upbringing, she brings warmth and approachability to her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
