• Mitzi grew up in rural Eastern Oregon where she maintains strong ties with her family and community. She joined the agency in 1999 where she gained a niche focus in Workers’ Compensation insurance. She has a long-standing history with SAIF Corporation where she currently sits as Chairperson of the SAIF Small Agents Advisory Council. Throughout her years, Mitzi has worn every hat in the agency which has benefitted her greatly, expanding her knowledge of insurance, customer service, and business relations. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the agency and feels fortunate to work with such an amazing team of people.

Ryan is an Oregon native who grew up working in the agricultural industry, specifically nursery management. He gained a bachelor’s degree from OSU in International Business and joined Premier NW Insurance in 2006 as an Advisor. Ryan became an owner of the agency in 2016. He is the agency’s top Producer and carries his AFIS designation. Ryan works closely with carrier partners and employees as Director of Agribusiness.

Ben is a long time resident of Oregon City and serves as a member of the  City's Transportation Committee and the 2040 Project Commission.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben is a former member of Multnomah County's Search and Rescue Team. As a licensed pilot deeply engaged in the aviation community, Ben brings valuable knowledge, experience and expertise to Premier Northwest as a trusted leader for our staff.

From the small town of Grace, Idaho, Andrea brings a unique blend of small-town work ethic and financial expertise to her role as General Manager. Her journey started with bookkeeping and quality control on her family's potato farm, sparking a passion for meticulousness and instilling values of dedication and precision. Specializing in finances and budgets, Andrea is a seasoned professional known for connecting with individuals and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Rooted in her close-knit upbringing, she brings warmth and approachability to her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
